Leslie Kwok is a graphic designer, teacher, and writer. She was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, raised in Hong Kong, and primarily educated in the Northeast. She holds a BA in art from Yale University and an MFA in graphic design from Rhode Island School of Design. She has worked as an art director and designer at Ogilvy, Oscar de la Renta, and most recently at Giampietro+Smith in New York City. Her work spans a wide range of media including books, posters, identities, packaging, short films, and interactive exhibition media. She has an affinity for design that tells stories in unexpected ways. Her work has been recognized by I.D.Magazine and was published in Data Flow: Visualizing Information in Graphic Design (Die Gestalten Verlag GmbH & Co KG, 2008). Leslie works and lives in New York City.
